- Payment information is processed through trusted bank payment gateways.
- No personal information is shared with third parties.
- Users have the right to access, correct and delete their personal information.
Purchase and payment terms
- Website prices are displayed in toman. Taxes and duties are calculated according to applicable rules and the information shown on the quotation or final invoice.
- Payment must be completed before shipment.
- If an item is unavailable, your payment will be refunded.
Quotations, order receipts and official invoices
- A quotation reflects prices, discounts, taxes and stock at the time it is issued and is valid only until the stated date.
- A quotation does not reserve stock, place an order, collect payment or create a binding commitment to sell.
- After checkout, a PDF order receipt will be available on your order page as proof of purchase.
- Order receipts and quotations are not electronic tax invoices.
- Official tax invoices are issued and sent at the customer’s request, after coordination with sales, in accordance with Iran’s taxpayer system regulations.
- Unless explicitly stated in the document, shipping costs are determined by arrangement based on the destination and transport requirements.
Shipping and delivery
- Delivery time is calculated from the order confirmation date.
- Shipping costs depend on weight, volume and destination.
- Parsian Teb is responsible for transportation until delivery to the customer.
Warranty and after-sales service
- All products carry a guarantee of authenticity and physical condition.
- Repair warranty terms vary by product.
- Installation and setup services are available for selected products.
- Technical support is available every day of the week.
Prohibited uses
The following uses of the website are prohibited and will lead to account suspension:
- Using the website for unlawful purposes
- Attempting to compromise website systems
- Sending harmful, offensive or inappropriate content

Dispute resolution
If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it through direct negotiation.
If no resolution is reached, the matter will be referred to the competent courts in Kashan.
